Blake Armentano

As the founder of Oh-So Cycle, I will bring the fire and energy into every class that will leave you wanting more. I am not only here to kick your a** on the bike, but to inspire you and motivate you through every day, every class and every pedal stroke. No matter what experience level, you will be sure to feel comfortably uncomfortable throughout the ride. Join me for some singing, dancing and serious sweating on the bike.

After needing a change of pace from my regular workouts, I took my first cycling class more than seven years ago and was instantly hooked. Before moving to Delaware, I taught cycling at some of the best studios in Philadelphia. Music is the most important part of my classes, which are sure to challenge you both mentally and physically. Whether I’m playing hip hop, pop, reggae, or classic rock, you can be assured that the music will dictate the ride. Above all else, it is important to me that riders of all fitness levels feel comfortable and ultimately successful at the end of every ride.

Teresa DeSantis

I am a senior at UD studying to be a Speech-Language Pathologist. At Oh-So, my goal is to lead by example while empowering people to approach fitness in a positive and fun light. I enjoy running outdoors, eating good food, and exploring new places.

Kristen Monastero

I’m from Philadelphia and I am a Junior at UD. My goal is to inspire and motivate each rider on the bike to fuel that energy inside of you. I enjoy running, cooking, and traveling. I can’t wait to share my passion for cycling with you! Leave everything else behind and come ride with me!

Michelle Bertram

I’m a sophomore at UD majoring in Exercise Science. I began my indoor cycling journey only two years ago and ever since then I’ve never had more fun while working out. You’ll be sure to break a sweat (and maybe a little dance move) in my class and you’ll always leave feeling stronger than you did when you first walked in. Get ready to have the ride of your life!
