Blake Armentano

As the founder of Oh-So Cycle, I will bring the fire and energy into every class that will leave you wanting more. I am not only here to kick your a** on the bike, but to inspire you and motivate you through every day, every class and every pedal stroke. No matter what experience level, you will be sure to feel comfortably uncomfortable throughout the ride. Join me for some singing, dancing and serious sweating on the bike.

Jacki Piha

After needing a change of pace from my regular workouts, I took my first cycling class more than seven years ago and was instantly hooked. Before moving to Delaware, I taught cycling at some of the best studios in Philadelphia. Music is the most important part of my classes, which are sure to challenge you both mentally and physically. Whether I’m playing hip hop, pop, reggae, or classic rock, you can be assured that the music will dictate the ride. Above all else, it is important to me that riders of all fitness levels feel comfortable and ultimately successful at the end of every ride.

“Get comfortable being uncomfortable. Get confident being uncertain. Don’t give up just because something is hard. Pushing through challenges is what makes you grow.”

Katie Morrison

I’m a junior at the University of Delaware and my goal at Oh So Cycle is to make everyday a positive experience for each and every rider that walks through the door. Spreading good vibes and positivity is something we value so much at Oh-So and I hope that it can be passed on to everyone who comes to ride with us!

Grace Inman

I am a junior Nutrition major at UD! When I took my first class at Oh So, I fell in love and knew that I wanted to purse this job. Nothing beats the feeling of getting up on stage to perform and seeing all of the riders thrive! My goal is for every rider to exude confidence, stay fearless, and make themselves proud on and off the bike!

Risa Snapp

I have been in the fitness industry since 2006 while working at the Little Bob as a Personal Trainer while in college.  After graduation, I worked in corporate fitness jobs for over 10 years.  Along with teaching at Oh So Cycle, I am the Head Coach of the University of Delaware Dance Team. My classes are based on the music, so come check out a class with me and feel the music through the bike!

Kristen Monastero

I’m from Philadelphia and am a UD alumni. After taking my first spin class years ago, I fell in love with every aspect of it. My goal is to inspire and motivate each rider on the bike to fuel that energy inside of you. My rides will leave you feeling proud, strong, and confident. Leave everything else behind and come ride with me!

Lindsay Cummins

As an Oh-So Cycle instructor, I am driven to allow you to reach your goals every time you take the saddle. Growing up in Pittsburgh as a dancer and a swimmer, I have always loved living a healthy lifestyle. After taking my first spin class over 4 years ago, it immediately became my favorite way to work out and relieve stress. My rides will empower you to become the best version of yourself on and off the bike. Be prepared to work hard, have fun, and leave feeling better than when you came!

Gianna Leo

I am a senior at UD majoring Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Biomechanics. I started cycling a little over a year ago, when I needed a change to my regular workouts and I fell in love with it. Growing up as a year around athlete, fitness is one of my passions and I love working at the studio. Come into the studio to work hard and have fun!!

Michelle Bertram

I began my indoor cycling journey just 4 years ago and ever since then I’ve never had a greater experience working you. You’ll be sure to break a sweat (and maybe a little dance move) in my class and you’ll always leave feeling stronger than you did when you first walked in. It’s time to pull away from the craziness of your day, hop on that saddle, and get ready to have the ride of your life!
